You should know that there are many so called “fatty” foods which are actually great for you. For example, just because whole milk has more calories than skim milk doesn’t mean you should pick the skim. To burn fat, you need to eat whole foods that are not “low fat” and are as natural as possible. Eating plenty of healthy fats and protein is super important and many people don’t get this part right.
On top of getting enough fruits and veggies in your diet, the protein and healthy fats part should not be ignored. A perfect dinner for anyone out there who needs an example would be a cup of rice, 2 cups of broccoli, a fruit and grated cheese on top of the veggies. Have fun and mix things up with spices to make an endless combo of meals.
